These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website citywidecashforcars.ca and our associated domains including wildrosecashforcars.ca, maplecashforcars.ca, and yyccash.com. By accessing our websites or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Citywide Cash for Cars LTD provides a platform for users to receive estimated valuations for their vehicles and to facilitate the sale of those vehicles to us or our partners.

2. Vehicle Quotes & Offers

All quotes provided through our website, via email, or over the phone are estimates only and do not constitute a legally binding contract to purchase.

  • Verification: All offers are subject to an in-person physical inspection of the vehicle by one of our representatives.

  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw an offer if the vehicle’s condition, mileage, or title status differs from the information provided by the seller.

  • Expiry: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all quotes are valid for a period of 48 hours from the time of issuance.

3. Seller Representations

By requesting a quote and selling a vehicle to us, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have the express legal authority to sell it.

  • The vehicle is free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and legal claims (unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon in writing).

  • All information provided regarding the vehicle’s condition (engine status, accidents, mileage) is accurate and truthful.

4. Ownership & Title Transfer

A sale is only considered final once a Bill of Sale has been signed by both parties and the physical vehicle and its legal title/registration have been handed over. The seller is responsible for ensuring the “Pink Slip” or registration is signed and transferred in accordance with Alberta (or applicable provincial) laws.

5. Towing & Removal

We often provide free towing as a courtesy. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee or deduct a fee from the final payout if:

  • The vehicle is not in the location described.

  • The vehicle is inaccessible by a standard tow truck.

  • The seller cancels the pick-up after the truck has already been dispatched.

6. Limitation of Liability

Citywide Cash for Cars LTD, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or that quotes will always be available.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using a false identity or providing fraudulent vehicle information (VINs).

  • Attempting to interfere with the website’s security or technical operation.

  • Using our valuation tool for commercial “price-matching” or competitive data mining.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
